Welcome to our Shanghai Drishti Vinyasa Yoga Shala

Drishti Vinyasa Yoga Shala - Shanghai is a Shala based yoga studio in Shanghai.   

We made this space and community with the intention as a healing space where   our followers can   

de-stress, building   up strength and flexibility to maintain a healthy life style in Shanghai.   

We have two yoga studios in Shanghai.   Jiangsu Road in Changning District and Zhenning road in Jingan District.

Our Yoga studios in Shanghai provides Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Yoga Teacher

Training Course, Continue Education Program, Yoga Workshops and Yoga Retreats with internationally approved teachers. We trust

in quality yoga classes with less number of students where the teacher can know the students better and guide them physically, mentally and spiritually.   

Our teachers are inspiring and qualified yoga teachers who have always new things to teach you in every yoga class.   

We also believes in quality yoga practices and care every practitioner's practice, health and emotional balance in here.
