REGULAR CLASS BOOKING & CANCELLATION (课程的预订 & 取消)
- Minimum 5 hours before booking is required to enter the class. 最少提前5小时预订,才可进入教室
- Cancellation of classes are allowed minimum 5 hours before. 至少提前5小时取消

WORKSHOP REGISTERING & CANCELLATION (工作坊的预定和取消)
- Payable workshops can be register the name with the fee through WeChat or Bank Transfer. On your cancellation, no money will be refunding back.
工作坊的缴付可以通过注册微信或银行转账费用,课程取消,费用一概不退回-
- FREE workshops can be register as early as you wish. Cancellations are not allowed. On the cancellation; penalty will be given. Contact us to get more details of penalty rules.

CLASS HELPING NOTES
- Our Yoga Shala's reception services from 10am - 6pm. If you are visiting first time then please come during working hours.
- Please enter the class room 5 minutes before the class time to maintain the flow of class in our Shalas

- We do strongly recommend that you can practice with your own mat. But, still we provide the yoga mats in our place for use freely.

- Please refer to the teachers about your health condition in every class before it begin. So, they can guide you properly.

- For a better digestive order and health, yoga have to be practiced with empty stomach. Avoid eating heavy food minimum 2-4 hours before a yoga class.

- We are here to help to improve your health and mental relaxation. We promise to our practitioners that our Shala will be following the strict/correct services of yoga for maintaining the quality of practices.
