In daily life we don’t realize how often our core muscles are used. It is that strength that allows you to perform many tasks safely and effectively in modern life. Think practicing Yoga, going up the stairs or even getting out of bed in the morning!
Working on your abdominal and lower back muscles will help you increase the strength from within your body, letting the energy flow easier through out your daily life.

About Evgenia
I started doing Yoga about 5years ago, after visiting Ubud, Bali. There were a lot of people and the surroundings that inspired me to start that path.
First, not understanding it much, it was challenging physically and mentally. I did not take it too serious back then.
Yoga helped me to be more concentrated, more open minded, more honest. I’m forever grateful for being given the gift of Yoga.
I have a teaching degree, and I have been teaching languages for a several years. I love sharing knowledge and experience with people.
Now, after obtaining a Yoga Teaching Certificate, I’m more than happy for being able to bring my practice and my feeling of yoga to others. Namaste
