Psoas consider as one of the most important muscles in yoga practice. In this special class, we will be working on awakening our Psoas through gentle / repetitive flow sequences, followed by stretches and releasing out through partnering with each other. Psoas is a bridge between the upper body to the lower body and it’s the only one muscle which have a direct connection from upper body to the lower body. This muscle most of our day time is working while we sit, stand, walk, run or jump. That make this muscle more shorter and creates tensions in the lower back and in long term usage it begin to effect the emotions and abdominal internal organ functions.
