Hatha Yoga is an upgraded practices of meditation (Raja Yoga). When we sit for the meditation, pains in body and uncomfortableness joints make the mind not well centred. Hundreds of years before, Raja Yoga got the development and Hatha Yoga is an upgraded version of these Raja Yoga (meditation) only. In theses series of foundation classes, we will be placing a good foundation to understand the practices of Hatha Yoga and how can we apply these practices during our meditation.

For me, yoga is not just yoga postures. It is more life with spirituality. I have nothing to teach you. What I can share with you in my classes is teachings of my teachers and the scriptures what I learned. My classes are gentle and I love what I am sharing.
Get to know yoga from childhood; but taken this journey seriously from 2001 and trained in the traditions of Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga. Personally, love Ashtanga and Vinyasa traditions of T. Krishnamacharya in asana practices and Swami Sivananda tradition in spiritual life style. Conducting the yoga teacher trainings, yoga continue educating program for last 15 years. An approved ERYT500 and YACEP by American Yoga Alliance and International Yoga Alliance.
