Back bending asanas are spinal rejuvenating postures and these are the postures which keeps the spine healthy than any other types of yoga postures. In yogic practices, back bends consider as the heart openers which helps to lighten to connect with the world heart than the mind. Doing it correctly with supports helps to open up physically and energically. In this special class, we will warm up through a special vinyasa sequence then followed by we will work on basic - intermediate back bends with props and partners. Come and join with Kaoru and Rajeev to deepen the back bends safely.
