Self acceptance is being satisfied with one’s current self. It is an agreement with oneself to appreciate, validate, and support the self as it is, despite deficiencies and negative past behaviour.
In this section, we will be go through the therapeutic yin Yog practices with a self reflection process of understanding our deep goodness and true character of being. This will be a practice with more awareness and observances of self and questions. Come & join with me to share an evening with light music, gentle yin yoga postures and self compassion.
