Selina, RYT 200, from Switzerland, has been practicing Yoga for more than four years. She started off with Yoga as the physical exercise, but soon got immersed in the other dimensions of it too. Especially Meditation, alongside with Asanas, is what she practices daily. She says, the practice lets her connect to her inner truth. The diversity of Yoga – the physical, mental and spiritual aspects – is what fascinates her, and that is what she enjoys sharing with her students.
