Lift your kneecaps? Engage your Quads? Squeeze your arms while your shoulder away from your ears?
When I started practicing Yoga, I used to refuse using blocks and stripes unless my teacher strongly suggest me to do so because I don’t know why I use them. However once I’ve lost my attitude for them, they not only help me find my comfortable, but also make my poses deeper and more challenging. Or they will simply help you understand what you are supposed to do. This time, we practice how to use Yoga props in a daily practice for better understanding poses. We will start with Pranayama to focus on our breathing and our body and take a flow with props.
