Practicing from 2001. Trained in the traditions of Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga. Personally, love Ashtanga and Vinyasa traditions of T. Krishnamacharya in asana practices and Swami Sivananda tradition in spiritual life style. Focus more on alignemnt and flowing vinyasa practices. Conducting the yoga teacher trainings, yoga continue educating program for last 15 years. An approved ERYT500 and YACEP by American Yoga Alliance and International Yoga Alliance.

Dhiraj
Born and raised in spiritual family, Dhiraj is a vibrant personality. He was trained in traditional and scientific yoga from SVYASA university, a yoga university of international repute. Studying the art of yoga. He has been teaching yoga at various level in India and abroad since 2013. He is known for powerful adjustment and energy in his classes is of a serious yet playful nature. He is passionate about working with his students and his happiness of teaching shines through for all to see. He hopes to help his students to find the same joy in their practice as he does. He understands how to drew out maximum effort from his students. He likes to share his love, happiness and humanity to everyone.

Ankit
He was born and raised in India who has been practiced yoga more 12 years. Meanwhile , he has participated in a few of national and international yoga conferences and yoga competitions.He has a bachelor degree in yoga science from Swami Vivekananda university (SVYASA), the only yoga university in India, also he is a certified Yoga instructor from Swami Vivekananda university and Vedanta philosophy certificate from Swami Shivananda school, Rishikesh. He had worked in India in Swami Vivekananda university and institute of yoga communication as an instructor, more than 3 years classes and training teaching through China. And now his yoga journey is going on with us at Drisjti Vinyasa Yoga Shala. Namaste!

Marina
Marina is from Moscow who has two Master degrees both in German and English education and teacher certifications. She has been practicing yoga since 2007. Till 2010 she graduated from her first Hatha Yoga teacher training course (250 hours) and since 2013 becomes the KPJAYI student (Ashtanga yoga).She is an experienced yoga instructor who has been taught yoga since 2009, as well as conducted many yoga events &workshops & yoga retreats in Russia, Indonesia , Srilankan, etc. She was a model who has been shooting for the yoga magazines as well. What she believes in living a life with full of joy, gratitude and freedom. These feelings guide her practice and her way of teaching, which is focused on helping students better connect to themselves and their surroundings.She is good at teaching in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Yoga therapy, etc. her way of teaching which is more focused on using strong educational foundation and personal practice to promote safety and progress on the path of Yoga. Importance of joining Pre Yoga Teacher Training
- Mostly different yoga studios and different yoga teaher's teaching their own experiences of yoga and beliefs. Our teacher trainings mainly based on Hatha alignment, philosophy and Vinyasa flow based training. In this training it will give a basic understanding of asana alignment, importane of practice safely, importance of breathe and movements, importance of physical teachers than videos or books, yoga teaching is sharing faithfully with heart than analyzing mind of confusion, etc
