Hot Yoga is system of yoga exercise that synthesised from traditional Hatha yoga techniques and ideally practiced in a room heated to 35–42 °C (95 - 108 °F) with a humidity of 40%. It consist of the series of 26 postures, including two breathing exercises.
Practice emphases unchanging sequence of postures in a heated room, designed as a rejuvenating exercise to strengthen the entire body, from head to toe.

Born and raised in spiritual family, Dhiraj is a vibrant personality. He was trained in traditional and scientific yoga from SVYASA university, a yoga university of international repute. Studying the art of yoga. He has been teaching yoga at various level in India and abroad since 2013. He is known for powerful adjustment and energy in his classes is of a serious yet playful nature. He is passionate about working with his students and his happiness of teaching shines through for all to see. He hopes to help his students to find the same joy in their practice as he does. He understands how to drew out maximum effort from his students. He likes to share his love, happiness and humanity to everyone.
