About Marina
Marina is from Moscow who has two Master degrees both in German and English education and teacher certifications. She has been practicing yoga since 2007. Till 2010 she graduated from her first Hatha Yoga teacher training course (250 hours) and since 2013 becomes the KPJAYI student (Ashtanga yoga).She is an experienced yoga instructor who has been taught yoga since 2009, as well as conducted many yoga events &workshops & yoga retreats in Russia, Indonesia , Srilankan, etc. She was a model who has been shooting for the yoga magazines as well. What she believes in living a life with full of joy, gratitude and freedom. These feelings guide her practice and her way of teaching, which is focused on helping students better connect to themselves and their surroundings.She is good at teaching in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Yoga therapy, etc. her way of teaching which is more focused on using strong educational foundation and personal practice to promote safety and progress on the path of Yoga.
