For many yoga practitioners arm balances seem intimidating and out of reach At this workshop you will learn techniques that will help you start including arm balances in your practice. We will cover basic strengthening and stretching that will help you achieve what may have seemed out of reach. Jennifer will guide you through a series of exercises and yoga asana that will help you build strength in your body and the confidence you need to fly. About Jennifer
Jennifer is a yoga instructor, fitness trainer and kick boxing coach. She is from the US and has recently relocated to Shanghai from India. She loves encouraging her students to step beyond their comfort zone on and off the mat to reach all types of goals. She believes yoga can help everyone heal, find peace and cultivate strength both mind and body. In her free time she loves finding peace in nature, exploring new cultures and sharing delicious meals with friends.
