100hrs Hatha Vinyasa Teacher training is an Integrated approach based Yoga training program. The word Hatha refers to traditional form of Yoga practice whereas the word Vinyasa refers to a thread that connects 2 things. Hatha vinyasa is a sequence where postures are combined together through Vinyasa with mindful breathing. Along with the postures, mindful breathing and smooth body movements are also the integral part of the practice as there is one breathe for every movement.
During the course, the participants will learn and practice Haha Vinyasa sequence, concept of sequencing and how to design the sequencing.
Along with Hatha Vinyasa students will also practice and learn sub sequencing I.e. core strengthening sequence, back bend sequence and deep stretching sequences.
These multi style sequences will not only help the students improve their teaching skills but will also bring diversity in their teaching style.

About Dhiraj
Dhiraj was graduated from SVYASA university, a yoga university of international repute. He owns RYT300 hours Ashtanga Vinyasa and RYT200 hours Hatha yoga from reputed yoga school affiliated by American Yoga Alliance. He is pursuing his Post graduation in Yogic science. Dhiraj was born in India and has been practicing yoga from more than 10 years. He has conducted 50 hr, 100 hrs and 200 hrs teacher training programs across China. He has also attended many yoga seminars in India and abroad as well. Dhiraj is know for his powerful adjustment which safely teaches students the depths of each pose. Dhiraj brings his vast knowledge of yoga, its philosophy and wellness in real practice session. He teaches traditional style of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, guided meditation and Pranayama. He is currently associated with Dristi vinyasa yogashala from past 2 years.
About Ankit
Ankit is born in India and he has been practicing yoga from past 12 years. He has completed his graduation in Yoga ( 3 years) and yoga instructor course (200 hrs) both from Swami Vivekananda university, the only yoga university in the world. He has also studied in Shivananda school in Rishikesh and completed Vedanta philosophy course from Shivananda academy.
Ankit has conducted Yoga instructor courses (200 hrs) in Swami Vivekananda university after completing his education from Vivekananda university. He has worked at Indian institute of yoga communication for 2 years.
He is living in Shanghai from past 3 years and conducting teacher training (200 hrs). Currently he is associated with Dristi Vinyasa yogashala, Shanghai.

Asanas
Asanas are the primary stage of the yoga practice that helps keep the body fit and circulate the prana or energy throughout the body. Following are the asana modules
Hatha Vinyasa Master Sequence: combination of sun salutation , standing postures, back bend, arm balances and inversions designed based on 9 systems of human anatomy.
Core Strengthening: core strengthening has become an integral part of yoga in recent years. weak core muscles brings difficulty and struggles while practicing posture whereas strong core muscles make posture stable and steady. In this category, students will learn and practice different core exercises, how to design and what precautions to take.
Back bends : spine is a very important and delicate part of human body as all the nerves that connect the brain with rest of the body travel through spine. Back bends stimulate different systems of human body. An exclusive session only for back bend will help students improve the flexibility as well as students will learn the sequence
Deep stretch : deep stretch sequence is filled with plenty of stretching practice for the lower body. Those with stuff hamstring muscles, tight knees and ankles, stiff hip muscles will find it helpful while practicing as well as learning the process.

Pranayama
Pranayama is a subtler form of practice that comes after asana. The word Pranayama refers to the control or mastery over the breathe. Pranayama is considered to be the bridge between the body and mind as it brings body and mind together.
In the fast pace life where how to breath has completely been neglected, we will be learning traditional pranayama practices that stimulates respiratory system as well as elevates the mind to the higher spiritual dimensions.
Dynamic breathing : kapala Bhati and bhastrika as categorised as dynamic breathing as they stimulate and activate the lungs and changes the whole breathing patterns. Students will learn in detail about the process, practice and precautions
Balancing pranayama : Ida, Pingla and Sushumna are considered as 3 main Nadies or vessels through which the prana flows. Students will learn How to balance them, how to practice, precautions etc.
Cooling pranayama : pranayama that cools down the system and clams the mind immediately are categorised as cooling pranayama.

Philosophy
asana and pranayama are no doubt an integral part of the yoga practice but knowing WHY to practice yoga can bring a deeper understanding and more meaning to your practice. Practice says what to do but theory say why and how to do.
Philosophy covers an important part of the training as it takes students through the history and origin of yoga, where has it come from, definition of yoga and how has it grown in past years.
Panchakosha: panchakosha or five sheath of existence talks about the formation and functions of a human body
Astanga yoga: Astanaga yoga or eight limbs of yoga is a systematic study of yoga. It talks about do’s and don’t, asana and pranayama, differences between concentration and meditation.
Pantajali yoga sutra : one of the well known and most important text which talks about different experiences and physic changes the practitioner goes through during his practice. It’s a systematic guide to those who are keen on knowing yoga in depth.
Definitions of yoga: there are plenty of yoga texts that talk about toga, but here we will pick some selected definition of yoga from different texts and understand what they actually say about yoga.

Mantra Chanting
A mantra is a sacred word, sound or phrase, usually in Sanskrit, which is believed to have a spiritual Meaning. Meaning “tool of thought” in Sanskrit, a mantra is often used in meditation as a way to harness and focus the mind.
We will learn and chant a few selected mantras during the training process.

100 Hatha Vinyasa training is based on integrated approach. ‘Panchakosha ‘ or 5 layers of human system is the base of the training where students along with postures will also learn other dimensions of Yoga such as philosophy and history, pranayama and concept of breath, meditations and mantra chanting.
