Autumn is the season of Vata; it’s the time to slow down and become more grounded in our practice. In this workshop we will combine pranayama, Hatha asanas, and meditation to balance our Vata (air & ether) energy to achieve a feeling of stability and focus, allowing us to let go of feelings of anxiety, restlessness, and fatigue.

About Yolande
Originally from Canada, Yolande began practicing yoga about 5 years ago. What started as a form of exercise has more recently become a more fundamental part of her life. Having completed her 200 hour Teacher training at Drishti earlier this year, she will have gone on to complete additional Yin Yoga Teacher training in Rishikesh, India in early October. Yolande believes that yoga can teach us how to focus our energy and take a more mindful approach to life. On the most stressful of days, yoga helps us to find perspective and smile!
