The sedentary behaviours are leading to people in lack of hips mobility. The hips flexors get tightened from the sitting-all-day lifestyle which then will cause weak hips extensors (glutes, hamstrings). When the hips flexors and extensors are insufficient to do their job, your lower back will be compromised and forced to take over and thus increase the risk of a back pain.
This special class is designed to bring more isolated awareness to hips muscles and improve your hips mobility by working on loosening the hips flexors tightness and strengthening the glutes and hamstrings. All levels welcome. Come join us!

Hellooo this is Beide, born and grow up in Shanghai. Yoga has transformed my life and keeps doing so. With every inhale and exhale I become more aware of myself and feel inspired.
