Drishti Vinyasa Yoga's Level-II Yoga Teacher Training structured for whoever interested to deepen their practices & to add-up things into their teaching skills. This traning is filled with intermediate - advanced vinyasa practices, breathe awareness, workouts, teaching skills, sequencings, restorative yoga teaching skills and sequencings and etc.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum one years of regular vinyasa / flow based yoga practices with an experienced vinyasa / flow / ashtanga teacher.
For 100hrs Drishti Vinyasa Yoga & Restorative Yoga Teacher Training certificate will be issuing. Whoever finished earlier 200hrs RYS training from Drishti Vinyasa Yoga Shala or any other yoga schools can be add these hours into their YACEP (American Yoga Allinace Continue Educating Program)
Weekly two Vinyasa 2 practices are included for weekdays (included with course fee)
Students are required to complete the assigned reading as well as a book report for each work to demonstrate understanding and reflection on a personal level.
This program will be intense and demands commitment and discipline during the training. Successful completion of the course will require significant effort, focus and practice. Students should ensure they have both the time and the personal support they need to commit to the course fully

Transfer course fee to be done through bank transfer / Alipay / WeChat
A confirmation email / receipt of your entrance in the course and deposit information will be give to you as email/receipt after process your application.
After arriving we will ask you to sign the Course Rules Form and Course Entry Forms of Drishti Vinyasa Yoga Shala-Shanghai.
