INTRODUCTION
The 50 hours training is an advance vinyasa training based on the philosophy of hatha yoga. The practice part is the sequence of 100 vinyasa based postures, combined with mudras and bandhas which allows the practitioners to find the rhythm of breath, activate the energy and awaken the hidden potential to break through the mental cages. Pranayama is the second part which consists pranayama, advance mudras, advance bandhas and Kumbhaka or retention of the breath. The pranayama content is selected from the traditional hatha yoga philosophy to enhance the practice experience. Philosophy is the third and important aspect of the training because without knowing the purpose the knowing has no meaning. Astanga yoga or eight limbs of yoga, pranayama, advance mudras and bandhas will be learning in detail, the concept of panchakosha or yogic approach of the human anatomy, the most unique and most accepted philosophy of yoga; the Patanjali Raja Yoga Sutras are covered in philosophy.

ABOUT ANKIT
Ankit is from India and he is currently living and sharing his yogic knowledge in Shanghai. completed his 3 years graduation degree in yoga and 1 month yoga training certification in yoga from the SVYASA yoga university, world’s only yoga university. He has completed 2 months philosophy training from Shivananda yoga school, Rishikesh. He has completed RYT 200 and RYT 300 from Rishikesh, India. He is a registered ERYT 200 hour teacher. He has worked in India with INDIAN INSTITUTE OF YOGA COMMUNICATION for 2 years. He has also conducted 200 hours training in India and in Shanghai.
Ankit started his yogic journey at an early age of 16 where he started to perform asanas under the guidance of his high school teacher. Though this phase of practice was only a physical aspect but it certainly set a base to discover more about Yoga and hence admitted himself into Vevekananda Yoga university, the only yoga university on the globe. University education was a traditional yogic learning where yoga was taught as a mental discipline, a way of lifestyle and a process of human evolution. Later after the graduation, feeling inspired from the Philosophy of Shivananda, he also lived in the Shivananda school in Rishikesh to study Vedanta philosophy and lived amongst the saint and monks. Ankit has over 12 years of practice and learning experience whereas 7 years of teaching experience. His teaching philosophy is based on breath, the vital force and mind the psychic force. As the body moves to perform asanas the energy awakens and as the breath moves to practice pranayama the energy channelises within. By applying these 2 in the practice the practitioner finds himself into a state where the mind and breath dissolve and become one and goes thorough a state of transformation by experiencing the subtler energy movements.
